We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Vayu Instant Messaging Service Client using the Free Trial and ensure that the service meets your needs before purchasing a permanent license.

The Vayu Instant Messaging Service Client license purchase requires the Blackberry PIN and the Email address of the device on which license needs to be activated.

The Email address is used to send an activation key directly to the device, so please provide an address that forwards email to the Blackberry device for which the license is being purchased. Please ensure that you already have the Vayu Instant Messaging Service client application installed on your device . Upon receipt of payment the key will be immediately dispatched. When you next launch the application, the purchased license will be activated.

To find the BlackBerry PIN on your device

• Select Settings->Options
• Select Status and note the 8-digit alphanumeric ID labeled "PIN:"
• Alternatively, you can hold the ALT key down and then press CAP and then H key to get the same information.

Payment Methods and Process

Vayusphere accepts credit cards, debit cards and Paypal as payment methods. However, a Paypal account is NOT required to pay by credit card or debit card, and you can complete the process without setting up an account if you desire. Upon confirmation of your payment, a license key will be sent to the device for which you provided a PIN and Email address.

Currently, you must complete this process once per device but Bulk ordering will be available shortly.
