Vayusphere Announces Next Generation of Application Access to Enterprise Instant Messaging

Closed Loop Instant Response Solution Offers Bi-Directional Interaction with Enterprise Applications Using Secure Instant Messaging, Drives Down Costs of Delayed Response

Mountain View, CA, November 25, 2002 - Vayusphere, Inc. today announced the next generation of its Industry leading Instant Response (IR) software and solutions.   2. Fortune 500 Call Centers, enabling skills and availability based routing and escalation of live chat requests using enterprise IM to Help Desk Analysts who can now multi-task
  3. Presence and Messaging Enabling Corporate Directories, enabling instant lookup of not only enterprise worker contact information but also one-step messaging to the device on which they are present and available.
  4. Embedded Agents in Enterprise Servers, such as E-Mail and Database servers enabling no latency autonomic routing of actionable alerts to available system administrators regarding Disk, Memory, and Process Failures
